Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. If your order includes a custom product, the estimated production and shipping timeframe will be communicated to you separately.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to domestic and selected international destinations. Availability of international shipping may vary depending on location, carrier limitations, and local regulations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier issues, or peak shipping periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Damage

We take great care in packaging our porcelain signs to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting shipping damage, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

This information helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will do our best to support you throughout the process.
