Refund & Return Policy

At Vintage Porcelain Signs Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or are returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized signs
  • Made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Please ensure all product details are reviewed carefully before placing an order, especially for custom items.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item upon arrival
  • An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment method
